As a DEI people professional psychologist with an MSc in Organisational psychology, we have the ability to guide you through the above as either a one-time offering or a six-week course.

  • 1:1 Full Package

    This is a bespoke package, tailored to the individual where we do a 90-minute session. In our consultation call we will discuss which two items you would like to focus on per session.

    Includes a:

    • 20-minute individually placed yoga or mindfulness session (whether this be chair or floor work)
    • 40 to 60-minute discussion
    • 10-minute debrief

    Exchange –

    One time session: £80

    Six-week course: £290

    On six-week courses, we will utilise the last 30 minutes to focus on what you would like to proceed with in the following week and what you will take away.

  • For Group or Corporate Packages

    This can be tailored to business
    needs, which can be discussed in the initial consultation. It's preferable to have one point of contact if possible.

    In our consultation call, we will discuss which two items you would like to focus on per session.

    Includes a:

    • 20-minute individually placed yoga or mindfulness session (whether
      this be chair or floor work)
    • 40 to 60-minute discussion
    • 10-minute debrief

    Exchange –

    One time session: £80 per individual

    Six-week course: £2,080 (for 8 individuals, prices vary depending on number)

    On all six-week courses (for both individual and group) we will utilise the last 30 minutes to focus on what you would like to proceed with in the following week and what you will take away.

  • Shorter Packages

    These are shorter sessions where we focus half our time on yoga or mindfulness, and use the other half to focus on one of these options:

    • Life career development
    • Holistic mentoring
    • Learning and development advice and opportunities
    • Wellbeing mentoring

    Exchange –

    One-time session: £60

    Six-week course: £260

DEI Packages

Training packages focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Bronze

    • Teacher booklet (content booklet electronic copy) – tailored to individual school or business needs, with equality and diversity paradigm.
    • PowerPoint (electronic copy), that can be put into a leaflet (printable) version for students to utilise. 

    Price: One-time price of £50

  • Silver

    • Teacher booklet (content booklet electronic copy) – tailored to individual school or business needs, with equality and diversity paradigm.
    • PowerPoint (electronic copy), that can be put into a leaflet (printable) version for students to utilise.
    • Booklet for staff/children to work through. (electronic copy - similar to content booklet, less detailed, more child friendly language, interactive workbook activities).

    Price: One-time price of £75

  • Gold

    • Teacher booklet (content booklet). 
    • PowerPoint (electronic copy), that can be put into a leaflet (printable) version for students to utilise.
    • Booklet for children to work through (similar to content booklet, less detailed more child-friendly language).
    • Lesson plans for teachers to enter topics discussed in booklets with classes. 
    • 1-1 Support sessions for staff.
    • (Gold Plus+) Workshops for staff and children – includes the topics mentioned or desired in booklet. (Additional mental health, well-being and wellness packages and workshops available in conjunction to this).
    • (Gold Plus++) Multiple printed copies on above available (This will change the price of the package).

    Price: One-time price of £200 for first 5 points. 

    Or Gold Plus+: One-time price £300 for first 6 points of Gold (includes one 2-hour workshop) – can increase if multiple workshops are required (£100 per day extra of 2-hour workshop)

    Or Gold Plus++: One-time price negotiable; depending on what aspects included from Gold and Gold plus+ and how many copies of what are required for printing.
