Sea Moss (Gracilaria) is a nutritional sea grass labelled as seaweed or algae sourced from tropical waters such as the Caribbean Sea or Gulf of Mexico as well as the western face of the North Atlantic.

The science of seaweed is ever-growing and repeatedly finds new nutritional benefits of macroalgae.

It has a unique gel-like texture due to a period of hydration and blending during its creation.

Two tablespoons a day can provide an intake of 92 out of the 102 different vitamins and minerals naturally required for the human body to function properly. Sea Moss provides help and support to the immune system, as well as holding elements that have the capacity to help in the defence of cognitive disorders, Alzheimer’s, depression, stress and much more.

It can also increase collagen and elastin production, nourish aging skin and hydrate. You'll find it hugely beneficial as a face or hair mask in conjunction to being edible.
